The kids rushed out to pick the apples before a hard freeze. I forgot to mention to them not to throw the apples into the basket as we didn't want them all bruised....but....

Don't worry Mom! We came up with an Ingenius Apple Pickin' plan...
Using a blanket to throw them in kept them from getting bruised!
The harvest is all in...just in time!The best apple of the entire tree was way up at the top.
